We are looking for a Head of Global Finance & Performance to lead a global organization of approximately 50 finance professionals across our Energy Systems business area. In this highly visible leadership role, you will shape the future of finance performance management, governance, analytics, and transformation while partnering closely with senior leaders across the business. As the energy industry undergoes rapid change, Energy Systems is pursuing ambitious growth targets, aiming to reach NOK 19 billion in external revenue by 2030.
