We are seeking a motivated, well-organized and service-minded colleague to join one of our Customer Support teams in Arendal. This is a two-year temporary position starting in early fall. Our Customer Support teams provide high-quality support to Underwriters and Claims Handlers as part of Gard’s worldwide marine insurance operations. You will join a friendly, skilled and energetic work environment. YOUR PRIMAY FOCUS WILL BE: Processing and handling high-efficiency claims Managing claims payments and related transactions Responding to customer queries Maintaining a continuous focus on improving our services and practices Performing other claims-related tasks SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar and/or relevant experience is an advantage Accounting k…
