As the Director Operations EU, you will occupy a pivotal leadership role as the executive head of the EU Operations team, a key member of our global operations leadership and the EU Management Team. Your mission is to architect, guide, and scale the EU Operations team in a sustainable and personable manner. In this executive capacity, you will serve as the primary operational point of contact and strategic director for our EU site. On an average day, you'll be; Managing and developing the operations team through macro-level resource planning, including warehouse management, manufacturing, and customer support.
