The Manager Talent Attraction collaborates with the business as a business partner and operational recruiter, in order to select the best employees by utilizing the most appropriate and cost effective resources and tools, whilst providing an exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers. Reporting to the Director Talent Management & Workforce Planning, the Manager Talent Attraction will lead a team (6 employees). The Manager Talent Attraction will be accountable for external and internal hiring, lead projects, and work closely with the wider HR team to drive internal mobility from across the company.
