Production Project Management Oversee and manage all technical aspects of the projects, including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events. Work with Design Office to identify and agree the best technical solutions (in terms of manufacturing feasibility). Work with Production Planning Department to set deadlines and targets and to optimize lead times. Work with all stakeholders (i.e. Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., ecc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality. Work with Production Departments stakeholders (Head of, Team Leaders, Group Leaders) to optimize lead time and improve quality.
