Location: Come and join us in Rome! Freenow by Lyft empowers smarter mobility decisions helping people to move freely and cities to thrive. We are looking for a Supply Growth Manager to drive marketplace expansion and scale our driver community across Italy. You will have end-to-end ownership of national growth, executing driver acquisition plans and coordinating new city and segment launches. Reporting directly to the Country Lead as an individual contributor, you will operate with high visibility, rapid decision-making loops, and strategic autonomy. This role demands a strong hybrid execution profile, balancing advanced analytical proficiency to translate BI data into tactical plans with pragmatic, on-the-ground management of local operations and driver engagement.
