THE POSITION: The Senior Counsel, International Commercial is a key member of the Legal & Compliance Department, responsible for supporting EVERSANA’s ex‑US business activities. This role serves as a hands-on commercial attorney providing legal advice and guidance to enable the execution of international business priorities across a complex, matrixed organization. The Senior Counsel will partner closely with business, commercial, and operational teams across geographies to support the activation and delivery of services in international markets.
