The BIM Operator prepares and maintains Building Information Modeling (BIM) models and drawings using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other design tools. The role supports project coordination, clash detection, and the production of construction documentation. Key Responsibilities Create and modify 3D BIM models based on project requirements. Prepare detailed construction drawings, plans, sections, and schedules. Coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) models. Update BIM models to reflect design changes and revisions. Perform clash detection using software such as Navisworks. Generate shop drawings and as-built drawings.
