Hey, I'm Yannic, co-founder of agencro, a CRO and direct-response agency for e-commerce brands: advertorials, landing pages, online shops and email for our clients - plus our own brands, where we also run paid ads ourselves. We work AI-first: AI produces the volume, a small team with real taste directs and finishes it. Small remote team, short paths, your work goes live fast. Our work runs on landing pages, advertorials, online shops and A/B tests. This role owns the technical side of that: you build and maintain what the team ships, and you bring AI into the daily workflow. We are not looking for a narrow specialist.
