The two bulk value initiatives are ambitious (~96m€) and have been successfully deployed for almost two years now, bringing tangible results for the group (~25m€ of OI impact already generated). The two initiatives are: Operations and deliveries planning (incl. Customer tank Levels and trip optimization) and Transport Resources and drivers utilisation. The role of the deputy bulk initiative leader is focused on perpetuating this work and accelerating the remaining phases of the value initiative roadmap. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The role has two main aspects: Coordination: Ensure robust coordination and communication across the clusters, specifically with the Single Point of Accountability (SPOA).…
