Mission As a Unity Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving both the technical excellence and the engineering evolution of a live, revenue-generating mobile game. You will own the management of a senior Unity development team while contributing directly as a hands-on engineer: keeping the bar high on craft, embedding AI into how the team works, and ensuring every technical decision is made with live-game discipline. Your main responsibilities will include: Own people management for your team: run performance reviews, support career growth, and create the conditions for a high-performing, engaged engineering team Deliver as a senior IC on live technical projects: write production-quality Unity code, contribute to architecture decisions, and drive implementation on impactful features…
