Main Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end clinical site contracting process (drafting, negotiation, amendments, termination, signature collection and archiving) Negotiate site budgets based on approved templates and payment milestones, ensuring Fair Market Value compliance Oversee study-related site payments, including financial set-up, purchase orders, invoice tracking and approval Maintain accurate contract and budget tracking within relevant systems (activation, documentation,…
