Responsibilities Proactively source residential property opportunities through owner outreach, referrals, networking, and market prospecting. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, brokers, developers, and other key market participants. Identify off-market and on-market opportunities aligned with Ukio's objectives. Secure mandates by establishing trust with owners and negotiating commercial terms. Generate and manage a pipeline of properties from sourcing through successful sale or placement. Conduct property visits and evaluate opportunities from a commercial and transactional perspective. Develop sales strategies and identify suitable buyer profiles. Market properties and actively engage potential buyers through personal networks and industry contacts.…
