Key responsibilities ✨ Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budget and quarterly rolling forecasting cycles for the R&D and IT departments, including monthly variance analysis. Financial Gatekeeping, Business Partnering & Business Cases: Evaluate, under strict IFRS rules, new R&D phases and IT projects by calculating NPV, IRR, ROI, and Payback Periods to guide Product Committee decisions.…
