Reporting to the Group Human Resources Department, you will join the team in charge of the "Employee Care". You will support the global deployment of mental health and disability at work. Your role will consist in preparing and implementing the roadmap according to defined strategic directions. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? During your internship, you will be involved in two main missions: supporting the deployment of the mental health and disability programs across the Group, and implementing the associated Target Operating Model. Resource management & global repository: Conduct an inventory and collect existing resources/tools across the Group (guides, best practices, awareness materials...). Update and harmonize these contents to make them usable by all entities.…
