This role plays a central part in strengthening People data quality, improving reporting efficiency, supporting performance monitoring ( IMS ), and contributing to HR risk management. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication skills, thrives in cross‑functional environments, and enjoys transforming complex data into insights that inform leadership decisions.
