What you'll do Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale growth programmes, including campaign planning, managing project plans, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking Manage product and feature launches from brief to activation, building messaging frameworks and coordinating across marketing channels Analyse campaign and channel performance - including payback monitoring, attribution, and customer lifetime value - and turn insights into clear recommendations Support the Direct Mail channel for Lending, from campaign execution through to commercial performance reporting Coordinate with GTM teams (CRM, Performance Marketing, Sales) to align on execution and keep programmes moving Contribute to building AI-enhanced workflows and launch playbooks to help the team scale more…
