What will you be doing? As a Technical Support Engineer within the Technical Assistance team, and as part of the execution of dedicated service contracts, you will be responsible for updating the UD45 Reference Files (DR) for EDF. Depending on workload and availability, you will also provide backup support for technical assistance contracts for all customers, as well as Field Service and workshop activities. Your responsibilities will include: Drafting and monitoring Modification Requests (following the FM process and customer-specific requirements). Updating EDF UD45 Reference Files (UD45V20, UD45V16 Bugey). Monitoring KPIs and preparing internal and external reports. Managing customer communications (meetings, emails, phone calls, travel, contractual deliverables, etc.).…
