As a HRIS Specialist, reporting to the Head of HRIS, you will own the People Team's tooling ecosystem across 17 countries — with Workday at its core, and progressively extending to the full HR tool stack (ATS, expense management, and beyond). Workday — your main playground - Configure, test and document Workday across HCM, Absence, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Help and Journeys — from gathering the business need with People stakeholders to deployment and adoption - Own the release management cycle: assess each Workday release, test the impacts, and turn relevant new features into concrete improvements for the business - Troubleshoot workflow and system issues, run root cause analysis, and remove recurring incidents through structural fixes rather than workarounds The wider People tool…
