For this role, you would be joining Paper.io 2 team: we are leaving hypercasual era behind, and building a brand through top-notch quality and polish, including in our creatives. ROLE - Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people - Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas - Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why - Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities - Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g., testing new tools) PROFILE - Fully proficient with video editing and content creation - Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares and/or Unity - Creative and have a hacker mindset - Understand how your creations drive…
