ROLE We're looking for a Strategy & Ops Manager - Creative to join our Growth Creative team. At Voodoo, “creatives” mainly refer to video ads designed to promote our games and make users want to download them. These ads are distributed across social platforms and in-game advertising networks, with the goal of scaling user acquisition efficiently. In this role, you'll drive operational excellence across the creative organisation by owning cross-functional projects, improving processes and tooling, and enabling the team to scale its impact. - Track AI creative use cases: monitor status, performance, and time allocation, and support automation of successful initiatives - Calculate team incentives, and track creatives with measurable performance impact - Revamp creative reporting for the…
