Contract Commercial Manager Job Location: Boulogne Billancourt Responsibilities: 1. Take charge of management and operations from aspects including commercial models/clauses/risks/competition concerning customers. 2. Design commercial solutions, reply to commercial bids, and draft contracts. 3. Act as a chief negotiator for sales contract, assume responsibilities for negotiation tactics production and implementation, and establish partnerships with customers medium/senior-level managers. 4.
