Missions As Alan’s Corporate Paralegal, you will own the corporate governance of a fast-growing international group (six jurisdictions and a dozen entities today, more in the coming months) and rebuild how that work gets done with AI. The role has three parts: Own Alan’s corporate governance with full ownership. Prepare Boards, General Meetings and committees documentation across the group, with internal teams and auditors; Keep entity records, registers and filings accurate and up to date; Run the annual accounts approval and filings for each entity, with Finance and auditors; Be the go-to contact for shareholder and Board questions; Support cross-border projects with research and drafting.
