Act as a technical stakeholder for our database Agent integrations (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server), advocating for customer needs with Product and Engineering and proposing changes to code, telemetry, and docs. Develop robust internal runbooks, public-facing solutions, and reusable debugging frameworks to scale knowledge and increase Technical Support Engineering autonomy.
