About the role Our Silica R&I team, composed of 60 people, is integrated in the Silica Business Strategy & Innovation department and focuses on tire innovation products, process improvements and environmental footprint reduction, in collaboration with GBU Technology, Manufacturing and Industrial Functions. As an R&I Process Engineer, you will work on circularity, alternative & renewable raw materials, and carbon‑neutral process improvements to support the development and industrialization of sustainable silica solutions. You will get the opportunity to contribute to innovation grades, industrialization projects, and environmental performance improvements, and have a positive impact on our long‑term carbon‑neutral roadmap.…
