Responsibilities: As the Total Rewards Intern, you will support the Global Reward team in the execution, reporting, and communication of compensation, benefits, executive reward, and mobility programs. This internship provides hands-on exposure to global reward processes, data analysis, and governance in an international and expanding environment, in the main focus: Your main focus will be: Annual pay cycle: Annual salary review campaign preparation (covering 20,000 employees) in our global HRIS (Oracle), Data quality check, HCM technical testing, and improvement identification Ensure with the Global Reward team adherence to Policies, processes, and deadlines Provide direct support to HR teams in regions and countries Pay transparency: Support the Project team and contribute to the…
