The Controls Assurance Lead Auditor will lead the scoping, planning, creation and execution of testing of internal controls over financial reporting (“ICFR”) based on the assessment approach to assess the design and operating effectiveness. In addition, this role will involve coordination of test schedule and procedures with the control owners and internal as well as external auditors, as needed. The Controls Assurance Lead Auditor will lead walkthrough meetings with control owners, oversee the entire testing cycle through fieldwork and reporting of the assigned audit areas, and perform detailed reviews of the control testing completed by the engagement staff.
