As Senior Manager, Strategy & Transformation, you will lead the team that shapes the strategic direction of Pandora's Digital & Technology (D&T) organisation while ensuring our strategic ambitions are translated into meaningful action across the business. This is more than a strategy role. You will help define where D&T is going, drive D&T-wide transformation, lead strategic communication and leadership engagement, and ensure the organization understand, embrace and execute our priorities.
