Experience with Laboratory and/or Clinical Diagnostics experience is required. Strong understanding of software and IT product lifecycles, from strategy and roadmap definition to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across Business, IT, and external vendors. Familiarity with agile and/or hybrid delivery models such as Scrum and SAFe. Technical & Domain Knowledge A background in the TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) industry and/or Healthcare is a plus. Experience with LIMS/LIS products or LIMS development is a plus. Broad understanding of IT systems, applications, integrations, and data flows. Experience with ITSM and delivery tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps).…
