Facilitate Scrum events, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and backlog refinement. Promote the adoption of PM² agile principles and support the team in following agile ways of working. Remove impediments that prevent the development team from achieving sprint objectives. Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and the creation of clear user stories. Encourage team self-organization and foster effective collaboration and communication within the team and with other development teams. Document the team's agile way of working. Monitor sprint progress using Jira boards, sprint reports, and burndown charts. Coach the team, Product Owner, and the organization on Scrum practices, roles, and continuous improvement.…
