Ready to lead the AI agenda at one of the world's most trusted insurers? We're looking for a Head of AI Strategy & Transformation to define and drive the enterprise AI agenda for Allianz Benelux. In this leadership role, you'll ensure Artificial Intelligence becomes a true engine for business performance, operational excellence, and innovation — not just a technology experiment. Reporting to the Chief Data, Analytics & AI Officer, you'll own the AI strategy and operating model, lead our AI Transformation Program, and take AI from ambition to measurable impact.
