Position As Legal Counsel, you are a trusted advisor to the business and play a key role in supporting Smappee's international growth. You provide pragmatic legal guidance across a broad range of topics, helping teams make informed decisions while managing legal and compliance risks. Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR, Product Management and Operations, you ensure legal considerations support rather than slow down the business. Responsibilties Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, suppliers and partners. Provide legal support during commercial negotiations and develop practical contract templates. Support corporate matters, including corporate housekeeping and international expansion projects.…
