For our Machelen location, we are looking for a new colleague who wants to join us in making a difference in the world of logistics. Are you ready to be part of our enthusiastic team? Your tasks and responsibilities You will work in our X-Dock department. This is where trucks arrive, goods are unloaded in the warehouse, and shipments are sorted according to their final destination. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for all documentation related to shipments, including customs documents and ocean freight documentation. Opening operational files in our internal systems and managing them from start to finish. Handling invoicing. Ensuring timely data processing and shipment follow-up. Managing both incoming and outgoing orders. Communicating with customers.…
