We are seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join our team supporting the Mercedes-Benz project. The role involves providing frontline customer support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat. Your tasks include handling customer contacts covering: Roadside Assistance (RSA) 24/7 breakdown support following strict safety guidelines Recovery assistance for vehicles to dealerships B2B & B2C customer support Collecting customer & vehicle information (license plate, GPS location, tire size, passengers, etc.) Connected Mobility Services (CMS) Support for Mercedes Me App and digital services Account login, activation/deactivation of digital services Service purchases, online appointment booking, vehicle monitoring Inform customers about features included in service packages…
