GLOBAL C&B EXPERTISE, GOVERNANCE & PRODUCT OWNERSHIP As a member of the Global Compnesation & Benefits Centre of Expertise, you'll own and continuously develop designated C&B products, processes, and frameworks. Acting as a trusted expert, you'll provide guidance and support to Area C&B teams, HR colleagues, and business stakeholders, ensuring the consistent application of global C&B principles while addressing business and market needs. You'll drive governance, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and best practices across your areas of responsibility.
