About this job

Provide excellent customer service while making quality, hand-crafted beverages. The barista is responsible for educating guests about our premium coffees, teas, gelatos and food items. Determine guest needs and suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals. Takes guest orders, suggest entrees, and sides, informs guest of next step of service. Prepares coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, café latte, and cappuccino. Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventative maintenance; calling for repairs. Assist guests in the selection and purchase of food and beverages.…
