The purpose of this job is to provide maintenance for employee housing while ensuring compliance with state rules and regulations Essential Functions 1.Inspect multiple housing units following a comprehensive facility maintenance checklist; perform preventative maintenance repairs 2.Respond to maintenance work orders; troubleshoot and perform minor electrical, carpentry, and plumbing services 3.Collaborate with tenants to review and resolve open maintenance issues 4.Maintain communication with dispatch; report steps taken for work order resolution 5.Respond to corporate project requests; resolve issues and report findings to supervisors 6.Communicate with multiple teams and management on a weekly or monthly basis to ensure compliance and consistency regarding housing projects 7.Advise…
