Team Leader Serve as Team Leader for hourly employees in Wastewater Treatment (WWT) and Powerhouse (B105) within the Charleston facility. Coordinates 24-hour coverage of WWT and B105 areas during the week, 12-hour coverage during the weekend days, and coverage during planned outages. Performs performance evaluation, promotes career development, and develops training plans for hourly employees. Coordinates AMs and PMs for area equipment and optimizes the best use of the techs time supporting the areas. Captains 6S in B105 and WWT areas. Understands Bosch and Regional safety rules and promotes a safety first environment. Effective use of Bosch maintenance best practices. Project Management Manages projects as needed for the Facilities Construction and Maintenance (FCM) Team.…
