This role involves meticulously managing critical quality data, maintaining ISO 9001 compliant documentation, and actively driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality across all departments. Key Responsibilities: Control and monitor all ISO 9001 documentation, including Work Procedure Instructions (WPIs), internal audit records, and measurement system information. Investigate customer complaint issues, collect relevant data, update the customer complaint tracker, and report daily findings and corrective actions to the Quality Manager.…
