To be a Leader in problem solving activities and assist Engineering with First Time Through issues, create a strong working relationship with all associates within assigned areas. Foster a strong working relationship with operations, engineering, Maintenance (TEF), & Quality. Lead process improvement strategies; cycle time reductions and cost reductions. To be looked at as the technical expert within assigned areas. Lead problem solving activities in assigned areas. - Analyze Not Right First Time (NRFT) issues and assist engineering with solutions. - Lead training activities with production personal during runoffs and new equipment launch phase, and training of new hires. - Can perform all quality checks and machine calibrations within assigned areas.…
