The following responsibilities represent the essential functions of this position but are not intended to be an exhaustive list. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as business needs require. Assist with investigating and resolving customer product quality concerns using established quality procedures and problem-solving methods. Assist with preparing and documenting 8D reports for customer quality issues. Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) as directed. Communicate with customers and internal departments to gather information needed to understand and investigate product concerns. Assist with customer visits and on-site investigations as needed. Receive, inspect, and evaluate returned products to help determine the cause of failures.…
