Maintenance Team Lead

About this job

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Support all maintenance calls to keep production equipment running at optimum efficiency, with due care given to part quality, throughput, and operator requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and tooling repairs. The highest degree of urgency to be given to all safety related calls and conditions. Perform regular PMs on the equipment through the PM schedules. Improve operations through the Maintenance Project List, Continuous Improvement Activities and 5S. Report any conditions of spare part shortage/absence or other required parts to the appropriate maintenance planner. Coordinate coverage for extended shifts and weekend work.…
