Define and implement the regional strategy for the use of AI across roles, functions, and development processes in alignment with local and global leadership. Lead and coach associates through the transition into AI-assisted roles, enabling teams to adopt new tools, methods, and ways of working. Advise the regional business unit on AI-related investments, organizational development, capability building, and restructuring opportunities. Collaborate with other U.S. locations and global teams on the development and integration of AI capabilities into Compute Performance products. Create concepts, architectures, and implementation approaches for deploying AI into Bosch performance computers, including AI-powered cockpit and ADAS solutions.…
