Reports To: VP, Learning & Talent Development Direct Reports: 1-2 The Senior Manager, Talent Development & Operations is an enterprise leader who helps design, evolve, and execute Equinox’s core talent processes (including, but not limited to, Goal Setting, the Annual Performance Review Process, the Talent Assessment Process, Succession Planning, eNPS, and coaching) across both Club (field) and Corporate populations. The role balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving fluidly between building new frameworks and delivering the day-to-day work that brings them to life.
