About the Role At Rula, improving access to mental healthcare starts with building a healthy and efficient marketplace for both patients and providers. We’re seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help shape the future of the Marketplace Health Engine, a foundational initiative focused on improving marketplace efficiency, provider utilization, and patient access at scale. In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and Operations to design and deliver scalable systems that help identify and address marketplace challenges. You will drive technical strategy, mentor engineers, and influence key decisions across the Marketplace organization while remaining hands-on in software development.…
