Your Success Profile What You Will Work On As a Senior Software Engineer for Time Lifecycle, you'll be responsible for unifying time tracking, time off, leave management, shift scheduling, and project tracking across PEO, ASO, and EOR into a single system, replacing three fragmented legacy platforms. At the core of this work is building a compliance engine that automatically handles overtime, labor law, and pay rules across 50+ jurisdictions, while bringing leave management to life with native leave state, payroll pause, and proration support. The work also opens new verticals for Justworks by shipping the shift scheduling and project tracking capabilities that manufacturing, healthcare, and education customers require as table stakes.…
