About the role As Claude's capabilities grow, so does our responsibility to ensure those capabilities reach the right people. The Identity & Access Controls team builds the systems that verify who our customers are, grant access to advanced model capabilities for approved use cases, and ensure that access is not misused. As a software engineer on this team, you will build the identity, vetting, and access management infrastructure that underpins our trusted access programs, along with the monitoring and enforcement tooling that keeps them safe.
