Oversee all security and safety operations. Responsible for the supervision, hiring, training and development of all security department staff. Ensure compliance with all standard security operating procedures and emergency response plans. Ensure the security, safety, and protection of guests, employees, and property and company assets. Provide management, direction and leadership to security department staff including but not limited to: interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and discharging. Supervise, perform and respond to routine or emergency duties requiring moderate to strenuous physical exertion. Recommend and implement changes to security policy or operating procedures.…
