The Lead Security Officer in this position is responsible for scheduling the daily activities of Security Officers, acting as a liaison between Security Supervisors and Security Officers while maintaining security protection, which includes money transactions, public relations, performing command center functions, assisting guests and team members as needed. The Lead Security Officer: Assists Security Supervisor as required and responds to incidents as directed. Assigns daily post positions, breaks, and equipment, ensuring smooth transitions from each shift. Handles pit counts, pit box assignments, pit keys, and other responsibilities concerning the relationship with the Table Games department.…
