POSITION SUMMARY: Join Natera’s R&D operations as the Supervisor for R&D Sample Management. You will direct biobanking, cold chain logistics, and the daily sample management operations supporting clinical diagnostics and clinical trials. Every sample represents a real person, and you will partner directly with cross-functional teams to execute sample processing and logistics with rigorous precision. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct the daily staffing, scheduling, and operational setup for the Sample Management team Take ownership as the primary operational lead for clinical study and trial sample management, using data to resolve logistical inquiries and drive outcomes Coordinate incoming and outgoing compound shipments with Contract Research Organizations (CROs), partners, and…
